Ciaté is introducing their newest dimensional nail effect, the Caviar Manicure. I thought they meant actual caviar aka fish eggs ;)
It looks fairly simple to apply and remove. Its a cute effect, but how long will it last? And will there be beads (actually called, “pearls”) all over the place? :/
